The committee have announced a programme for the coming months and hopes that there will be something of appeal to all. Details are:

DOGANKOY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
PROGRAMME OF EVENTS
18thMARCH We are hoping to start a community get together at the Muhtarlik starting at 10am until 12am, it is a chance to meet up and also allow people to bring along items that they wish to sell, books, cds plants etc. We will be asking for a small donation from any money taken and also have a donation box. This money will go to buy items for local charities every three months. not
Please note that unsold items must be taken away as there is no storage at the Muhtarli
26thMARCH –Hot Cross Bun Saturday, a chance to meet up after the winter and enjoy an Easter get together. Starting at 11am at the Dogankoy Muhtarlik.
14th APRIL- We are starting a series of talks to be held over the following few weeks, these will be held at Dogankoy Church and as space is limited could you please contact me to reserve seats. Paula.shirley@hotmail.com or 0533-830-3256
The first talk on the 14st will be given by Edward Barrett on a safari trip that he has taken.
21st APRIL- Keith Lloyd on “the Cyprus Emergency 1955-1959 “
28th APRIL-John Hughes Wilson on WW1 One Hundred Years On
30th APRIL- Doughnut Saturday to be held at the Muhtarlik starting at 11am
4th MAY- Pre-summer lunch to be held at [venue and menu to follow]
12th MAY- Edward Barrett will give the final talk “Mr Mayor and some madams I have known “
28th MAY- Jam and scone day at the Muhtarlik starting at 11am
15th JUNE- Finally before the summer starts we will hold a quiz at the Muhtarlik in the evening starting at 7pm.

Possibly we will hold a craft fayre at the Muhtarlk in June, anyone interested in a stall please contact Paula 0533 830 3256 or paula.shirley@hotmail.com
