Ladies Day at the Races - in aid of TULIPS

THE Ladies’ Race Day held on Sunday, 20 April at the Tropicana restaurant in Çatalköy raised TL1,260 for Tulips (Help Those With Cancer).
The event, one of the host of events held in aid of the Esentepe Fun, Run and Ramble 2014, attracted about 60 people to have a flutter on six races throughout the afternoon.
Some of the ladies wore Easter bonnets and entered the Easter Bonnet parade and the winner was Sophie Scott aged 12. The winner was decided by the audience’s shouts of appreciation.
The organising committee of the Esentepe Fun, Run and Ramble 2014 would like to thank Ergin Terzioğlu and family for hosting the event and to Gary Mac for organising the races

i would also like to thank the guys from the band and dj julian for playing and giving up their spare time for the event..

It was a great afternoon....really enjoyed the band.
