From 10.00 to approx 3ish, there will be stalls in the car park.

Is there really any call for another market, to be honest we called at the Friday market at Lemar, around 2.45 and many of the stalls weren't even set up. There are only so many times you can visit a market and only so many things you can buy, personally I feel it's overkill at present.

I think the weather put some people off today.......

but as for overkill, its only really replacing the Bamboo Market. It is great for people who can only make Sundays to sell or shop because of work commitments.

I like the options of markets, days that I cannot for, I can on another. and weekends are great because most people are free from work to shop or sell their stuff. For those that do not like markets.... simply just don't go. Just ignore them.

I believe Alsancak Lemar Friday market is in the evening, from 6.00pm, so elizabeth, you would be unlikely to find the stalls set up at 2.45 pm.

Someone has re-verify Lemar Fridays because it was from 6pm but because the temperature dropped, they changed it to afternoons before evenings. Now if there was another change, I haven't read it anywhere.

Just to clarify, Fridays at Lemar now start at 2pm, most are setting up around 1.00, and are staying open till around 6pm, or whenever it gets dark. Or it can depend on the weather to what time people start to pack up.

Sunday was good today for a first day, we need a few more stall-holders though. To make it really successful.

I had seen that the times had been changed, hence arriving at 2.45

Sorry elizabeth -- I live here and go regularly, but had no idea times had been changed. My apologies.

We are almost fully booked for next Sunday !!!! So why not come along.......
