water leakage problem

I need urgently help pls! its to with drainage problem! even though I tried Mr Muscle powder for this issue but no useful!

As the water leaking back through the drainage hole , whenever the water flowing out of my washing machine's hose..

You need to repost in "general"
If I understand correctly, your problem is not with your washing machine but the drain hole in the wall where the hose from the washer goes into?
Are there problems with nearby drains that are running slow?
Never had much confidence in these chemical all cleaners and have known some to destroy the plastic drains!
I would try using either a drain wire / spring (rods will be to big), a drain hand pump or you could even try pushing your garden hose down the pipe but be prepared for some mess.
