Reggae festival

Does anybody know what time the festival starts on Friday the 15th and where to buy the weekend passes from. Saw advert in last week's paper but only stated cost for pass was 50tl. Reckon it is good value for whole weekend of entertainment and there'll be tents (bit like Glastonbury but with great weather) or you can come ang go as you like.
