Hi!
I am a qualified teacher who has been delivering adult exercise classes in the uk for years and is really trying to get some classes running here!
The classes are fun, way to follow and a great way to keep supple and mobile.
I differentiate according to ability and would love to create a happy social group of ladies who get together once a week!

Any one fancy giving it a go?
You will see the transformation in strength and ability immediately!

Whats really needed is evening classes, there is a distinct lack of them on the island.

So how much is it per session?

It's 20 tl per session: discounts if a block is booked.

I would consider doing an evening class if there was a real demand for it... But I've yet to establish one! We' ll have to watch this space!
