FILO PASTRY PARCELS (V)
Filo pastry filled with cottage cheese, parsley and fresh bell peppers lightly fried and served with a spicy tomato dipping sauce
PLUM & PARMESAN SALAD (V)
A flavourful light, red onion, fresh rocket, tomato, parmesan, green and red leaf lettuce summer salad with fresh sliced juicy plums drizzled with a homemade citrus dressing
STILTON & GARLIC MUSHROOMS (V)
Fresh botton mushrooms sauteed in a creamy garlic butter sauce, topped with stilton cheese and oven baked to perfection
NEW ZEALAND GREEN LIP MUSSELS
Mussels from the beautiful, pristine coastal waters of New Zealand cooked in garlic and herb butter sauce served on a bed of mixed greens
