A new auction complex under cover 300 sq Metres is having its first auction Saturday 4th April with over 300 lots from an ironing board to a 2012 Ford Kuga a Surf board to a ride on lawn mower . We have approx 90 lots from a bereavement & an office clearance from Girne . So if you are looking to buy or sell come & check us out , open 6 days a week 10 to 4 pm . We Will be having auctions on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month . There will be a licensed bar , teas coffee & hot snacks that you can sit next to the sea & enjoy .
Each lot as it is being offered will be projected on to a huge screen for ease of viewing .
We have boats , jet skis , cars , 4x4's , lawn mowers , white goods , tools , household wares, furniture , cameras , electrical , pumps , office equipment, sports , garden furniture plus lots more .

How about parking, with that narrow access lane? Or has an area been cleared for parking?

We are waiting for a jcb to clear an area which probally won't be big enough so we would ask people to park with consideration for others .

Auction start time is 1 pm

Hopefully, it will be an improvement on the parking in the 'newer' carpark,-to the left of the drive at Lambousa! No consideration or thought that others might also want to park. Just drop anchor, and disappear, frequently blocking off an area that would take 2 or 3 dozen more vehicles.

We have now cleared an area which I think will cater for the cars to park, we will be having a attendant to direct traffic on the day and hope it all pans out well.
