Just had Extend here (at 8.30 am as promised) to fix my internet problems. Thanks to them for that, but bigger thanks to Paul and Gwyn Aldred from Arriva TV (cyprus satilitte) for the help they have given by putting pressure on to Extend to get me the TV service that we should have. I can't think of another company in this country that would take my calls at 9.30pm and have guys here at 8.30 in the morning to fix the problem. Thanks Paul and Gwyn
