Cengiz's Market/Boot Sale this Sunday. (5th May)

Just a reminder as its a fortnightly market.

Its at the old Alkans Holiday Village, on the main Road, just past the Esentepe turn off (if you are coming from Girne).

Stalls are free, and you are welcome to join us.

We have already the Spot (Turtles) stall, wood carvings and paintings, jewellery, home-made food, dvds, childrens books & toys, nearly new clothing, jams & chutneys etc etc

Come take a look, starts at 10.00 and Cengiz does a Carvery style sunday lunch for 20tl (from 1pm).

All being well my friend is coming along with savoury goods, including sausage rolls. Hubby had a try last night and gives them the seal of approval

We'll be there with a new batch of strawberry jam, last batch sold out. We'll also have marmalades and yeni dunya chutney. Market's on from 10am until 1pm.

What a great market this morning, lots of new stall holders and customers. Might be advisable to bring your own tables if you want to run a stall as they were running short today. Sold out of strawberry jam, yeni dunya chutney and most of the marmalades
