Now is the time to slowly start pruning the trees but you must be careful because fruit trees needs more time, also you must know which trees needs permission from the government.

This is not fully correct, "normal pruning" as any prudent gardener r even smallholder does needs NO PERMISSION from the Govt or anyone else, only severe pruning or removal/ destruction etc of trees needs any permission.
