Garden once in shape should be 3-4 hours per week

Plenty of recommendations but nobody gives an idea of the cost of a gardener which would be a real help fôr getting a fair price. Should I pay by the hr or by the day? What is a fair price for a days work of say 6hrs would it be more than 100tl ?
Do gardeners have any equipment like a lawn mowe,r hedge trimmer etc or do I supply these?

Depends on whether you employ a legal business who I would say have their own equipment
or a person who has a work permit but likes to top up his income, remember min wag is 1860tl a month but the employer pays their tax and insurance
or a person who has neither of the above

Also
experience, a real knowledge of gardens or just someone who can do as you ask and is not responsible for plant care.
