What are these plants.

Hi. Does anyone know what these plants (Weeds) are and how to get rid of them. They are growing all over the garden.
If they are growing on gravelled paths or areas where you are never going to want anything to grow, then the answer is Sodium Hydroxide (Drain Cleaner), otherwise use a systemic weedkiller, obtainable from your local Garden Centre.
If you really want to know the name (of a weed ? ? ? ) then pull one out and take it with you...
