plastic seed labels

needed to label my new planted seeds and cuttıngs...usually about 15mm x 100mm white plastic.
anyone seen these in the North?

Good idea Ardstrayray......Went to buy some polythene,and outer was wrapped ın bubblewrap,which was free,so making more cloches and cold frame
