Anyone seen any purpose built water collection tanks? Or no who would make one ?

They had some in the yapi market next to China Bazzar across from the Ozankoy turn off, ordinary ones and some that looked like corinthian columns

Checked today and afraid he had nothing . Anyone else seen any around and about
