Can anyone advise how we get rid of garden waste in esentepe. Gardener has left all on footpath

Yes contact the Bele, they should uplift it, but there may be a charge. You might have to bag it up, but check with them. Not from Esentepe area so not sure how they go about things.

Thanks for response. Spoke to them and they have asked for 1500tl for small amount of rubbish. It is ridiculous but I have no option but to pay.

That's a bit steep. If it's bagged up, am sure it's picked up for free in Tatlisu. Have you tried bagging it up and leaving it by, or in your bin?

No wonder people dump and do not want to be responsible for their garden waste. 750tl and under depending on quantity etc, a day's wages would be more realistic but then they would have to charge more people.

Alpha Mike - if it’s bagged up the Tatlisu bin men will take it no problem.
However, if it’s in a pile on the pavement then the grab lorry comes out and there’s a charge for that. That’s fair enough. I can’t remember how much it was last year but it didn’t break the bank.

Thanks NC, thought they did pick up when bagged in Tatlisu. I get someone in to do garden nowadays, and they always take it away. I know they don't just dump it anywhere and dispose of it properly.
I've had the grab lorry before when I had work done on the garden and lots of rubbish and garden waste. However, the guy who did the work organised it and must have paid, as I certainly didn't pay any extra.

Yeah, probably the same guy I used to have.
Until the day he didn’t get Beli to take it away.

Guy at beledyse agreed to 1200tl. He said they were so busy that he would come personally !!
