that does sound like a dream. I am sure you will get a lot of takers. Unfortunately him downstairs' won't take you up on the offer, as I cannot yet twist his arm. Of course we have no pool anyway.

But it sounds like a brilliant offer - although you don't say how much it will be thereafter other than 'good rates' but do remember that is what is good to one is not to another.

Thank you for your post, prices will of course be different according to the garden and pool. But average price for garden & pool will be 300 TL per month which will include:

Garden:
One visit per week which I will do: pruning, trimming, weeding, spraying for insects & weeds also blow the leaves with leave blower.

Pool:
One visit per week in the winter and two visits per week on the summer and that will include the chemicals too.

Trying to persuade my husband to get you to see to our tiny garden. it is a mess to put it mildly, and needs to be tidied before anyone could be let in it! But he says he will think about it!

I am sure you should get a lot of customers, and who knows- one day, I could be one.

As I say, I am working on it.

We can highly recommend Hatib, he has done a fantastic job in our garden, also arranged a stone wall to built at the rear of our property, deep cleaned our 3 bedroom Villa on a few occasions, each job completed to a very high standard, all at very reasonable prices. Average price for weekly maintenance will be 200 TL per month. I suggest I come to see the garden tomorrow and I can give you exact price and I can look what new plants can be planted in order to improve your garden.
