FANTASTIC NAIL TECHNICIAN

I wanted to recommend a lovely nail technician that I have found who speaks English, Turkish and Russian. Her name is Rosie and she works upstairs at Polar hair salon in Karakum near Lemar. I have been going to her for a while now and her work is excellent.

No, This one is called Rosie but her name is Rodica.

No her surname begins with an E I think. Sorry I miss read your message. She is very good in my opinion and I used to be a professional nail educator for OPI and ESSI. I am offering my professional opinion not just as a customer of hers.
