Recommendations for hairdresser please Ozankoy area

Does anyone know of a mobile hairdresser (who does not charge extra!) who would come to Ozankoy?
Alternatively can anyone recommend a hairdresser in Ozankoy, Karakum or Catalkoy who charges reasonably for a simple cut and blow dry. Because of mobility problems must have carparking and be ground floor. Preferably but not essential if they are good and reasonably priced , English speaking.
