Nearest Sterling ATM toLapta

Is there an ATM machine in Lapta or Alsancak that allows you to withdraw sterling from a U.k. bank or do I have to go to HSBC in Girne?

Stella. Starling in Alsancak do Sterling or failing that the petrol station just past Ilelli do too.
