Water Bill difference why

Water meter read today and my bill is 7 tl more than neighbours because of
"su bedeli+ sayac k." what does this refer to?
Identical flats so what is it thats different?

my meter bit is 18 tl and 2 neighbours are 11 tl in Ozankoy its the first line under the dates on th Girne monthly bill

I think I've worked it out I've used more water looked back at old bills and I've used more Tonnes
Neighbours are all English
