Would appreciate any advice on opening a Turkish Bank Account here in TRNC.

I would need to use on-line banking which is in English and easy to use in order to transfer funds from UK to here and visa-versa.

Recommendations I have had are CreditWest and Turk Bankasi. Has anybody had bad experience with any of these, or any other, banks?

Try Capital Bank as well.

I use Garanti, very good, and easy to use the on line facility.

If you are going to be making transfers from UK to a bank here you need to ask whether the receiving bank is charging for receiving overseas funds and, if so, how much. Most of the Turkish Cypriot banks do charge. I use TEB who, being a Turkish bank, don't charge for this and also have very comprehensive internet banking.
