universal bank called me today to say they are offering 25% on deposit accounts when spoke to some others saying 32% now is this in a country of decline or needing investment i take this as a worrying issue if you live here . What do you think
If the young are after mortgages were will the property market go ?

Like most things, if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

You must have a lot of money in the bank then I only get 7 percent at Universal. I wouldnt keep it all in one bank anyway safer to have several accounts.
