Tried to withdraw Sterling from Bankamatik machine in the car park by NCEA in Alsancak, which is usually free, only to read an on screen message that they would be charging me £4 for this £40 transaction, I cancelled and went to Starling ATM only to be greeted with the same message.
Does anyone know if TEB bank charge for a sterling withdrawal using a Starling card, or anywhere else for that matter..

Used a TEB atm last week and was not charged to withdraw sterling.
