Is anyone able to answer why I can pay at restaurants and supermarket with my Starling card, but hit a brick wall trying to get cash from Turkbank ATM' S.
Done it in the past no problem, has Turkbank stopped doing withdrawals from MasterCard accounts?
Before someone states the obvious, there is money on the card, thanks

Visited my bank,cancelled both Mastercards and demanded my account be sorted out!problem I was being charged for memberships and silly add/ons am staying well clear of above credit card companies.

Can't comment on Starling card, mine is still in UK. However have taken money out from Turkbank ATM's with Revolut Mastercard in the past, albeit not for the past month.

Does anyone use a Starling card at any ATM to withdraw TL , and are they charged?

I withdraw tl from either Capital Bank in Karakum or Isitisbank next door. Both without charge. I have been unable to find any other ATM that doesn't charge.

Have you tried Ziraat ATM Chris? Ziraat seems to be linked in some way to Capital. Doesn't charge using Revolut card withdrawing TL.

I tried loads AM but of course never made a note of which ones by name just where they were so will look out for that one. If I get charged I will come to you to be reimbursed though.

Should be getting my Starling card at the end of the month, so will try myself and let you know in due course.
