Iktisat and Creditwest rates based on the deposit term:
https://www.iktisatbank.com/time-deposi ... rest-rates
https://www.creditwestbank.com/en/perso ... -accounts/
Both banks are good in terms of interest rates (having in mind the current financial situation worldwide). Check both and see what works for you. Taxes, etc may differ. I know that iktisat charges some extra fees on each account (was like 20 tl every 4 months back in the days. Not sure what it is now) and creditwest doesn't. Though I am not sure about the other taxes. You need to go to both banks and talk to the customer reps and see what works best for you.

Any more information from anyone please on Sterling deposits.....
Credit West rates for Sterling are the lowest they've been for a few years when I last checked in October.
The UK and other country's rates are rising but not in the trnc, or have things changed in the last couple of months.
