I need a Fintech like wise, but live in TRNC

Hi there,
Coming from Europe it is quite annoying to deal with online banks as both Cyprus is not available with all of them.
Can anybody advice me how to establish an online bank account with wise, Revolut, or others just with our TRNC proof of address (and Turkish phone number)
It seems that all banks refuse to deal with us as potential customers, which is quite annoying.
