Nationwide pulls the Plug

So who's been hit with the Nationwide account review team shutting down their account and blocking access to their money as of 23rd January2024 in TRNC, Then the backlog of residency permits causing any new account opened by a non third party Bank with an IBAN number? Thus no money access to transfer pensions at all from the UK

We were informed by email months in advance and managed to switch pensions into Revolut which does have an IBAN. After over 30 years with Nationwide we were disappointed but once it was all sorted via Revolut we have had no ongoing issues.

You now need to get a backup account to a back up account Chace ,Starling both app based
