Agreed, great bank, great service. Nesrin is a lovely lady and very helpful indeed, in fact we are moving to her bank from our current bank.

I too changed from my previous bank to İktisat bank in Karakum purely because of Nesrin. She's really efficient and very helpful. As has been stated customer service is excellent, it has been a positive change for me. Their interest rates are good too.

We also followed Nesrin from last bank, been with her many many years first at Credit West.
Nesrin is efficient and very professional,
This is a great bank friendly staff ..

Better you make an appointment find out what is best for you..
We could tell you one thing but that wouldn't be suitable, you have to discuss and choose what is right…plenty of options your choice
