Applied online, paid online, recorded all data from the email sent to me by the Passport office, sent all paperwork/ id and letters with covering letter from a local DHL pickup and drop off insurance company office, l tracked it going with DHL No until reaching Office in Liverpool, Tracked it in the Passport office system and then tracked it back with DHL No, until l received a call from the drop office my new passport had arrived back ready for collect = 21DAYS
2 days later my old passport arrived in the office, yet again another call to me to pick up please, l also tracked this back from the UK to TRNC.
l hope this has helped you , it does work, but l did make sure l sent enough id / paperwork to prove l live here.
