Wanted 1-2 bed Villa for 1 week September

Is there anyone in NC that would be willing to rent their 1-2 bed Villa for 1 week before 20th September 2015 for one person. Preferable 3rd September or 13th September. Not interested in typical Cypriot accommodation or Apartments

Wish list would be:

Swimming Pool - not shared
No plastic furniture inside Dining or Living area
Bright & Airy & Modern

Within walking distance of at least a couple of restaurants as do not want to hire car, although that could change once out there.

Lapta, Alsancak, Ozankoy, Catalkoy areas or other if easy access.

My preference is to come in from Larnaca so would like to be picked up also or can make my own arrangements.
