Help needed re ntv urgently

Help needed please......... My TVs went off at 8 last night, black box no blue light, rebooted etc. Rang Multimax this morning who told me to get in touch with ntv. I put my email number in and asked for password (didn't even know had one) says would be sent to me via email. Comes up email wrong!!!!!!!! I am completely stuck. Is there anyway I can talk to ntv. As mant kink omens know I am not good at this technical stuff. Anywhere I can go, always just phoned Multimax for help.

Now up and going, eventually got in touch with help desk and all ok.
