updating A Fire-stick.

Please can anyone tell me is there someone who does home visits to update or do whatever is needed to a Firestick to be able to receive more channels. We used to be able to get various Aps to watch football, Films, British Channels etc.

But we are now down to being only able to get U tube. We have tried to up date ourselves , but to no avail. Any information would be helpful. Thank You.
