Multimax

Post by Art »

Following the high winds and storm on Friday morning our Internet service failed.

24 hours later we received a personal visit from the MM technician and within a few minutes we were back up and running.

Excellent company !

First class service.

Well done to all who made it happen.

Lucky you. I am into my FOURTH week with no reliable TV in the evenings and freeze ups through the day
.
Constantly in dialogue with Multimax who promise to return phone calls but usually fail to do so. Promises of action again next week following another call at their office.

Come on Multimax if you dispute the above have the courage to inform us.

Multimax does NOT provide any TV channels. MM is an internet service provider. What you are referring to is NTV problems, and for that you need to get support from NTV, http://www.ntv.mx/support . If you are trying to get NTV support through Multimax, of course we are trying to help as we are selling the product, but you are delaying the processes.

JSC are back as well as BT Sports 1 and 2 and all Sky Sports. If they promised you that they will be back in a short period, this means that the promise has been kept. Nothing is perfect here and a downtime for a service, which is quite innovative and revolutionary for this country is possible in a reasonable period. In fact this is the first time for months (I don't even remember happening on othe occasions), when several sports channels are being lost for a day.

Can we please not have another convoluted discussion on Multi Max! It has been discussed on several threads, and it seems to be an accepted opinion by many that this is NOT U.K, and that some of the services do not function in a manner similar to elsewhere. But overall we are making excellent progress as a country.

So, I am locking this again. As it started out as praise to multi Max, it has achieved its purpose.
