NTV all channels down again!!!!

My NTV service is down again, this seems to be the case most mornings just lately with my connection. But it has reconnected after an hour or so. Not so this morning, since 6.30am I've had no picture on all NTV channels, just showing the TV guide and blank screens.
Tried every option on Multimax and NTV to get some info. on the situation and draw a blank there too!!!
Are there any other Multimax NTV subscribers out there have the same problems.
All I want to know is WILL THE SERVICE BE UP AND RUNNING BY THE TIME THE RUGBY KICKS OFF.
Not too worried about tonight when that program Strictly Come Dancing comes on. A breakdown on the service will be welcomed by me then

Please note that Multimax and NTV are two separate services and that Multimax is not NTV and Multimax does not provide TV channels or any IPTV related service. As far as I know there is a short maintenance on NTV service this morning, as it is more convenient to carry such operations now, rather then when rugby/football games are taking place in the afternoon/late times of the weekend. Live chat support is available on ntv.mx website, for anybody who needs to get additional info.

NTV is having general issues.

Multimax will no longer play the intermediary for NTV support and will not respond to NTV inquiries. The reason for this is that as soon as Multimax takes part and tries to help, NTV issues becomes Multimax's problems in customers eyes. No matter what we said or did, we couldnt prevent this except for few customers. More details on this will be provided in the upcoming days.

As for NTV, there is no phone line they offer for support, but you can always use live chat on their website or online support page http://www.ntv.mx/support . I just checked and they are online and responding.

I have similar concerns over watching my live sport and have just used the online support manned by Ian Todd at present..... the news was another 2 hours so its touch and go whether or not we will get to see our desired programmes..... I will be real grumpy if I miss my Saturday sport believe me

My additional thoughts are:

will we get a days credit or extension to our contract period for today? after all we are paying for it and receiving nothing?

Saturday or weekends are lousy and inconsiderate days for carrying out prolonged and unannounced maintenance.... do it mid week in future when there's b***** all on

Hello,
In this Official NTV IPTV Announcement:
- NTV Introduction & Details
- NTV Advantages
- NTV Pricing
================
We are pleased to oficially announce our new product, NTV IPTV System. NTV is designed to meet wishes of our customers in a convenient and affordable way.
With a small NTV SetTopBox (STB) and accompanying remote control, now you can watch your favorite TV channels directly on your TV, WITHOUT the need of any satellite dish.
Also there is no need for 'going through' your computer in order to receive channels. NTV STB will replace or accompany other satellite and digital receiver boxes that sits next to your TV and will work just like them.
All you need is your Multimax Internet connection to receive more than 50 English speaking channels. More channels will be added regularly.
NTV service is currently available EXCLUSIVELY to Multimax Internet customers.
All you need to do is to connect the NTV STB to Multimax Internet and into your TV via an HDMI or standard AV cable (provided).
Wired, wireless and 'wired over powerlines' connectivity options will be available from the STB to your Multimax Internet, just in case your Internet is not next to your TV set.
================
NTV will be delivered to you through the high quality Multimax infrastructure you have been using. This means there is no new antennas to install outside, especially no need for huge satellite dishes needed for some channels.
NTV is tailoring packages for Northern Cyprus expat communities. English version will include the following channels:
BBC1, BBC2, other BBC Channels, ITV1, ITV2 and other ITV Channels, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky1 and Sky2, Sky Sports, Sky SportsF1, Sky Movies, and many many more.
First launch will include around 60 channels while more channels will be added regularly
YOU CAN VISIT OUR GIRNE OFFICE TO EXPERIENCE THE SYSTEM WITH A SET OF 20 SAMPLE CHANNELS NOW, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and Sky Movies.
This is NOT a cardsharing system, all channels will be streamed directly to your TV through your internet connection from many of NTV's high quality servers worldwide.
After testing and fine tuning the system over the course of the past several months, we are now confident in its quality and now accepting pre-orders.

Have a nice day,

Anyway good luck .
