Again we have problems and no support each blaming the other. I am sure you all know what I am talking about
.
Please someone ease my misery and give a direct tel. no to a voice who will accept a call and
admit to a fault and explain we may get connected again some time soon. Most people would accept this, instead of thinking the problem is in house.

are they really blaming each other or they are just saying to you that there isnt any problem on their side? These 2 are very different scenarios. I do not see how both companies can 'blame' the other is at fault when they have no access to others network.
There are multiple scenarios however, where both systems may be working within accepted parameters, and you still have an issue. 2 of the most basic of these is that 1) you have something wrong in your internal home setup 2) there are issues in international circuits beyond any companies control.
you can perform a speedtest on
http://www.mmcyp.com and see if you have any speed issues, if you think your Multimax connection is at fault, login to your User Control Panel at
http://www.mmcyp.com and submit a support ticket, or start a live chat. Alternatively, you can send an email to
info@multimaxcyprus.com or call 0548 888 6629.

NTV is really shocking tonight!! Stop start, buffering, crap! Obviously better than sky tv which we no longer have, but really tonight what a complete waste of space. Not the internet connection which is fine.

We have had constant problems with really bad buffering /freezing early evenings for the past 10 days or so. Last night NTV advised that this was due to the internet connection from Turkey, there was nothing they could do and we would just have to wait for it to settle down!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
If Multimax can provide good internet broadband speeds then surely NTV need to work on some sort of booster system for the internet from Turkey. We are very fed up with poor pictures every evening nowadays.
