stolen Nilesat box

some criminal stole my Nilesat box from my villa which of course I did not have to pay a subscription for. The THIEF replaced it with a Dream Box no idea what it is but I understand I have to pay an annual fee , hardly worthwhile as an occasional visitor. Is there any way I can use this box to get the channels I used to get.
