NTV Sunday 17th August

Is anyone else having problems with NTV this morning? Their helpline is offline so cannot contact them. We can get the menu with the channel info on but cannot connect to any channels. Just trying to find ut if it only our installation or is it a wider problem?

A wider problem methinks! I live in Karsiyaka and have found none of the UK channels are available and some of the movie channels are scrambled. I have checked the NTV website and the problem exists there also so nothing to do with broadband.
