Streaming movies online for free?
Are there any websites that allow you to stream movies without having to enter your credit card details?

Hi judyvin,
It really depends on what equipment you have, Laptop, Roku, Android Box etc
There a few ways to view films & TV for free out there
Android box appears to have the widest choice, at the moment.
If you have an Android Box,
go to Go Movies for films
or Go TV for TV series
All free, no VPN required.
When you find what you want to watch, go for the SD option, no or less buffering
See this short video...

Hope this helps
What films are you looking for?
While you're scanning the net for info, you can listen to BBC Radio 2 here...

Re: Streaming movies online for free?
Hi Madamx,
Thank you for your reply. I usually watch TV via my laptop but all the sites I try and go into ask me for my credit card details. I am reluctant to add these even though they say no charge will be added because someone stole my details a couple of months ago and went on a spending spree! With regards which films, I am not too bothered but would like to be able to watch one when I feel like it. I am also using an Android Box which is on loan at the moment but none of the films on TV Portal will play which is why I was asking about any alternatives. Judy

Re: Streaming movies online for free?
Hi Judy,
I tried G2G and cokencorn on an Android box, and also found that they would not play, due to needing 'Flash Player 9 or above'.
There is a Browser for Android (actually suggested by our friends Multimax) called 'PUFFIN' which is supposed to be able to handle 'Flash', but sadly it does not appear to be compatible with my Android box.
However, it might be worth your while to try it out - it's available on Google Play store.
If you find that it works with your equipment, then the 'PRO' version is only a couple of quid
As madamx (love the moniker!) mentioned, YouTube is a very good source of information and advice.
For myself, I do find that downloading a film overnight, using uTorrent or similar, means that I can watch it in perfect quality (depending on the quality of the upload, of course!) the next day, with no buffering issues - it just means that you have to plan ahead...
BBC iPlayer is really good for BBC Broadcast material, and is compatible with Android, although you need a separate VPN (unless you use Multimax), but of course you did ask specifically about Films...
'XBMC' could be the answer - if you can get your head round it - I haven't!
If anyone has any more ideas, preferably ones that are compatible with Android, please tell us!

There is another android browser with built in flash support (where as I believe puffin convert flash content on their servers for their browser) which might be worth a try.Keithcaley wrote:There is a Browser for Android (actually suggested by our friends Multimax) called 'PUFFIN' which is supposed to be able to handle 'Flash', but sadly it does not appear to be compatible with my Android box.
