Had a problem connecting to the Internet this morning so I rang Multimax. Talked me through everything and found it was a loose cable. Fixed in a few minutes. You can't fault that for service

Got to agree they are 1st class.
Sent them a mail yesterday regarding losing connection while streaming TV . they called back soon afterwards and confirmed they had a few reports saying same and we're looking into it. called back this morning to advise the fault was now fixed and all was now back to normal.
Keeping their customers informed is their main attribute, thank you Multimax.

I too had a problem this morning I spoke to Sue at Multimax @ 11.30am she said she would send out the engineers they arrived @ 14.30pm 1 new receiver & 1 new cable, they left at 14.55 all working fine now. Fantastic Service.

Same here. Problem last week, late in day calling them. Next morning engineer came, changed outside cable (pouring with rain) everything then ok. First class, thank you Erol and co.
