Problem with MultiMax

is anyone else having a problem with Multimax, last night and again tonight cannot watch NTV, filmOn , even youtube without constant buffering also unable to talk on Skype, I did phone multimax this morning and was on so long to them that I have used all my credit when I tried to phone again tonight.

Hi,
I've been experiencing similar problems over the last 48 hours, with skype calls etc. and extremely slow speeds. When you make a call, Skype will use on average between 24-128kbp.
When I've tried using skype, the quality is so bad, you have no choice but to hang up and re-dial. A five minute call ended up involving 20 re re-dials.
