Advice for internet boosters

Looking to set up booster between rooms seen on Amazon TP-LINK PA411KIT AV500 500 Mbps Powerline looks good. Basic question it says to connect to your router, we already have a link from the router to an android box, can we still run another link from the router to the booster, or will this reduce performance to the android box?

Yes you can

Just by being connected it will not affect the android box. Of course if you start downloading loads of data via the new wifi extension at the same time you try and use the android box then this may affect the performance of the android box but that is no different to downloading loads of data via the existing wifi router at the same time as using the android box. So the short answer would be no.
