Can anyone help? Watching NTV via Multimax through a Mag250 box. Strangely now cannot get any of the viewable shows that can be watched on 'catch-up service' to load? Also find that often when switching stations say BBC to ITV or Sky it will not load and need to re-boot system! Also keep finding the oral and vision often run out-of-sync with a few moment delay between speech and picture? If it is a box problem where can I get it sorted?

There is a MAG update.
I've found this "how to" video for the previous update.
This should guide you to the latest update.

This is how the update page looks on my MAG254...
Your device will automatically select the MAG250 update.
Press Red F1 button for your update.

MAG250/254 Manual update procedure...

Switch on MAG Box.
From TV tab, go/press left to settings.
Press OK.
Scroll down to...
Go to the inner portal.
Press OK
Do you want to go to the inner portal?
Press OK
Select Settings
Press OK
Select Software autoupdate
Press OK
Bottom left, you will see - F2 Update manually
Go to Remote Control
Press the GREEN F2 BUTTON
This will take you to Software update.

Check the Current version/Description/Date

Check the New version/Description/Date

If there is a New version
Go to Remote Control
Press the Red F1 button to update your device.
Follow onscreen instructions from now on.

If there are no updates available.
Press the HOME button several times to exit,
following any onscreen instructions.
