Led or lcd TV?

Hi can anyone recommend one against the other?
for my opinion both are good depends on your equipment, if you will use HD support quality boxes (Receiver or Android or similar)
If you'll plan to use 4k quality on the movies you'll need to buy LED 4K TV.
Just plasma TV's very different than LCD ones. The colors are good but the lifetime is less and you will need dark areas to watch better, daytime it seems like a mirror..
