Amazon Fire Stick remote controls are available to order from here and here - I don't know anywhere in Cyprus that stocks them, although someone might do!

I don't think that the firestick has a USB socket, so I don't think that you can plug in a keyboard or mouse to operate it.

I don't understand the remark "Kindle now gone bust" - what are you referring to, and exactly what do you mean, and what is the relevance to your request for information re. a remote control for the Amazon Fire Stick?
