Can't get Showbox programmes

For the last week or so I haven't been able to download any programmes from Showbox, either films or tv series. A selection of different speeds comes up but none play on my 5 year old smart tv. I can't believe that a tv that is only 5 years of age is obsolete! This happens on both Mobdro and Film On. My supplier tells me that Showbox is aware of the problem and is working on it, but I am doubtful that this is the case.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you fix it? Before this latest 'improvement' I used to download and play films at 360 speed, this isn't offered now. 720 is the slowest speed on offer and it doesn't work on my tv. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
