If you are having problems with receiving tv programmes on an Android box I can recommend YEN. He came round to look at my TV, saw for himself the problems I was experiencing with Modbro and Showbox, went away to research solutions and returned to fix them. For the first time ever I had found someone who appeared to know what he was doing, instead of trying to fix the problem by trial and error! As a result my TV is working well and I can watch everything I want without the programmes constantly freezing or juddering. This had nothing to do with the internet speed, it was due to my tv box being full of unnecessary rubbish caused by previous attempts at fixing the problems by the trial and error method. I do heartily recommended YEN if you are experiencing tv reception issues. He speaks English fluently and can be reache'd on 05488445011. He charged me £20 but I only paid once the problems were fixed. I assume he could also fix reception problems in other types of tv boxes but I don't know that for sure.

First class service and a very nice man

I have just had Yen come to my house to sort out my box as I was just about to throw it out of the window!! Was not a problem with speed, just sorting out the box which he did superbly and I now have a full functional system - Hip Hip Hoorah!! Thanks Yen what a star

Hi. I have had Yen round today, he arrived on time was very friendly and more important he fixed my Android TV box, which I also considered throwing away. Now it works better than when I first bought it. can certainly recommend him. And thanks to Jane M for the introduction. Bevron.

I too would highly recommend Yen. A very nice guy and very patient with us two technophobes.

Yen fixed my android box too. What a lovely guy, no messing, got on with the job and is there if anything goes wrong. I will always deal with him from now on. Such a refreshing change from that pair who sold me the box and installed showbox in the first place. Pair of crooks never, ever, came back to sort out any problems. just took the money (way over the top as well) and ran. Thankyou Yen. Highly recommended.

Yesterday called in & installed some updates on the box, and in no time at all sorted out some c***k ups we'd made ourselves. when fiddling with something we know nothing about.
When asked how much we owed him his reply was no charge just a recommendation please.
Very knowledgeable genuine man.

It was reading this thread that prompted us to seek the help of Yen. Everything on this thread we would second. A truly knowledgable man, who arrives when he says he will, is so polite and sorted our box out. He will be the only number we will call should we have anymore problems. Thank you Yen.
