Hotbird satellite problem

Is anybody else having a problem with Hotbird satellite? Ours is almost non existent, we have tried retuning but nothing. Help!

sorry I don't use mine any more. Was so disappointed with the thing wwith programmes constantly disappearing. I boughht two boxes. Waste of money, and much p-refer digiturk now. Sorry I do n ot know what to suggest by returning, other than MAYBE the wind has blown the dish askew. That can happen, so it is worth checking.

Thanks,it does look like the dish may have moved slightly so we will get it sorted, at least our film channels are ok.

i know its a silly question but who did you get the system from can they not re a line it for you

If anybody is having problems with their Nilesat satellite systems and needs them realigning or rescanning etc our charges are from 65tl. We can get you 28+ English speaking channels.
