has anyone else had a problem with film On catch up service, has not been working for several days now, also can anyone recommend an alternative free site to watch UK TV online

I use film on to record and it hasn't recorded since 7th Jan. Attempted to send them an email last night but it is still trying. I am paying for the record service.
Not sure what else to do now.

I have read that Film on are doing an update and all will return to normal after that.

Laura I hope so, have read on line the may have gone bust but them I have just seen a message on face book that its been updating its site and should be up and running again soon , I live in hope as totally lost without film on to watch
