Not very nice. MM do their best to satisfy their clients, give a good service most of the time, then when they run into a problem they are ripped to pieces. It just happens that when in business sometimes things can go wrong, and time is needed to rectify any problems. This kind of behaviour is rather like bullying - it's just like kicking someone when they are down.

Give the guys a chance to sort out their issues rather than them wasting time constantly trying to reply and defend.

There is a saying that goes: "What goes around comes around". I am sure that you would not like your business being ripped to pieces if things suddenly got out of hand.

Give them a chance to sort things out. They have already stated that they have just moved office and are in process of employing more staff.

I watch films with BT's fibre optic super duper all bells and whistles internet service and constantly get picture freeze. It happens.

Soner with all due respect we heard it before !

Friends always try to defend friends at least when they give the site an income from advertising revenue but i am sure you can see that it is not just a hand full of problems .
Soner, please do not think we are having a go at your pal,in the near future we will all be advertising with you, wines of the world,OSN, and maybe other TV networks that really do work very well.

Soner im sure your a very clever guy and you do understand value for your buck when spending money, all we want is value for our money and what it says on the tin,we do not want more,we do not want spin,we only want what we pay for,is that to much to ask for,or do you wish to endorse a system on your forum that many people are unhappy with and keep masking it over with tons of spin?

If a person pays a certain amount of money then give him the service you promised to give when he paid all of his money. Dont play with the people and toss them from pillar to post, give them what they paid for, nothing more and nothing less.
Soner,im sure you can see your forum filled up with complaints about multimax and NTV and maybe why NTV and multimax are not together any more, maybe they are together i do not know,i know back in the day of cyp44 they was together like hand in glove.

I am not here to have a go at you soner or multimax. I and many others just want what they originally paid for, nothing more and nothing less. WHEN WE GO TO A MULTIMAX OFFICE AND PAY THE MONEY WE PAY EVERY SINGLE TL AND DO NOT HOLD BACK ON 1TL..DO WE NOT DESRVE THE SAME TREATMENT ????? HOW LONG DO WE NEED TO WAIT AND BE PATIENT? HOW MANY EXCUSES DO WE HAVE TO LISTEN TOO ???????

AM I A TROUBLE CAUSER BECAUSE I COMPLIANE . HAS TRNC BECOME A COMMUNIST COUNTRY !

DO WE NOT DESERVE VALUE FOR MONEY??

PS. I WAS BEING SERIOUS WHEN I ASKED WHAT THE MONTHLY COST WAS.....CAN YOU TELL ME WHY THIS THREAD WAS NOT PICKED UP ON BEFORE MONTHS AGO AS BEING NOT VERY NICE,OR WAS IT ONLY THAT WAY ONCE I COMMENTED ON IT ???? IT IS MONTHS OLD REMEMBER????

iT WAS POSTED IN Mon Jul 15, 2013 9:17 am...NOT VERY NICE !

bargainbooz,
Seems like you are searching posts to comment on anything bad about MM. I am finding your comments rather boring as you have dragged it on for far too long. Please take you grievances directly with MM and not on the forum. Did they not say they would refund you? What is your problem.? Please move on....it really is getting very boring.

bargainboozeandwines,

I am sorry to say it, but most of your posts, are related to various complaining and whining. Multimax is a good ISP, and so far are improving with each day. Speeds are quite stable and in the early hours I even get more than than i am paying for (instead of 5mbps i get sometimes 7). Yes, all ISP have issues from time to time, but if you spend some times in examining the way networks here in TRNC and the whole network architecture (instead of sitting all day and whine on the forums), you will see that no ISP can guarantee you here 24/7 connection stability. Even, bearing in mind all the technological restrictions here, I can say that the internet here, which Multimax is providing is on a very reasonable level. I was accustomed to paying 15 euros for 35mbps stable connection in my country, which was stopping once in every 6 months for 5 minutes, but if you have chosen to live in TRNC, I believe that you are familiar with the fact that many things here are far from being perfect.
